Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily office operations, including facility maintenance, supply procurement, and vendor management.
- Maintain and improve office policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency.
- Coordinate internal communications and organize company meetings, events, and team-building activities.
- Manage executive scheduling, travel arrangements, and calendar organization.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external partners, service providers, and office visitors.
- Assist with basic HR administrative tasks, such as onboarding documentation and employee record-keeping.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in office administration or executive support roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Experience in process improvement and workplace safety management is a plus.
