Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure a smooth, professional, and efficient work environment.
  • Manage office facilities, including maintenance, supplies procurement, and workplace safety compliance.
  • Coordinate and support fleet operational activities to ensure alignment with company targets and regulations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for administrative inquiries and internal facility issues.
  • Develop and implement office policies and administrative procedures to improve overall productivity.
  • Monitor and track operational expenses, ensuring budget adherence and cost-effective resource allocation.
  • Facilitate communication between departments to ensure seamless operational workflow.
  • Prepare regular reports on office performance and fleet logistics for management review.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in office management, administration, or operations.
  • Strong understanding of fleet management and logistics operations is highly preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and office management software.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with all levels of staff.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Deep understanding of local business regulations and administrative compliance in Jakarta.
