- Oversee daily office operations including facilities management, maintenance, and security protocols
- Manage administrative staff through scheduling, training, and performance evaluation
- Coordinate vendor relationships and service contracts for office supplies, equipment, and facilities
- Develop and implement office policies, procedures, and workflow improvements
- Handle budgeting, expense reporting, and inventory management for office resources
- Support HR functions including recruitment coordination, onboarding, and employee relations
- Organize company events, meetings, and travel arrangements
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in office administration or management role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and budget management
- Experience with office equipment maintenance and vendor management
