ACHIEVE Group is seeking a proactive Office Manager to join a dynamic MNC team on a part-time contract basis (2.5 days per week). In this role, you will be the backbone of our office operations. You will take the lead on key office projects, including upcoming relocation activities and workspace optimization. Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee and coordinate office relocation projects, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure quality delivery and cost-efficiency.
  • Supervise office reinstatement works and facilitate smooth transitions for workspace setup.
  • Maintain office infrastructure and troubleshoot operational issues as they arise.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to manage facilities-related requests.
  • Ensure the office environment adheres to safety standards and company policies.
  • Prepare regular reports on facility status and vendor performance.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Office Management, Facilities Coordination, or Administration.
  • Proven track record of managing office relocation projects and vendor negotiations.
  • Strong understanding of office reinstatement processes and workspace logistics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • High level of proficiency in MS Office and office management software.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects within a 2.5-day work week.
  • Professional demeanor suitable for an MNC environment.
