Tanggung Jawab
- Manage office operations and maintain organized administrative workflows
- Handle correspondence, filing, and record-keeping systems
- Coordinate interdepartmental communications and scheduling
- Oversee office supply inventory and procurement processes
- Assist in preparing operational reports and documentation
- Support facility maintenance coordination and vendor management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
- Provide administrative backup for team members during peak periods
Kualifikasi
- SPM or equivalent qualification with administrative focus
- Minimum 1-2 years office administration experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Prior experience in energy or industrial sector preferred
