Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including answering calls, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems to ensure efficient document retrieval.
- Prepare, draft, and proofread internal and external business communications.
- Coordinate office meetings, prepare agendas, and take accurate meeting minutes.
- Assist in managing office supplies inventory and coordinating with vendors.
- Support management with travel arrangements, expense reports, and basic data entry.
- Ensure the reception area and office environment remain professional and orderly.
Kualifikasi
- High School diploma or a degree in Office Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or secretarial role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.
- A professional demeanor with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing to a team.
