We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Secretary to join our dynamic team at Silicon Valley Computer Group in Quezon City. As the backbone of our office operations, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure seamless daily functioning. This role requires exceptional multitasking abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a productive work environment. You will be responsible for managing executive calendars, coordinating communications, preparing confidential documents, and streamlining office procedures. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage executive calendars and schedule appointments/meetings
- Handle incoming communications including calls, emails, and correspondence
- Prepare, format, and distribute reports, presentations, and official documents
- Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital)
- Coordinate office logistics including supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
- Assist with basic bookkeeping and expense tracking
- Support onboarding processes for new employees
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years of administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proactive problem-solving and adaptability to changing priorities
