What You'll Be Doing: In this multifaceted role, you will have the chance to work closely with various departments, gaining exposure to the full spectrum of our business operations. Your day-to-day activities will be diverse and engaging, ranging from managing office correspondence and maintaining meticulous filing systems to coordinating internal and external appointments. You will assist with crucial data entry tasks, help prepare reports and presentations, manage office supplies inventory, and provide general support to ensure our team can focus on their core objectives. Your ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic atmosphere will be key to your success.
Who We Are Looking For: The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English and Filipino. - Manage and organize office correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and physical mail, ensuring timely dissemination to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain and update physical and digital filing systems for company documents, contracts, and personnel records.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for management and staff.
- Perform accurate data entry tasks, update databases, and generate standard reports as required.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies inventory, liaising with vendors to ensure cost-effective procurement.
- Provide general administrative support to various departments, assisting with ad-hoc projects and tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, contributing to a professional and welcoming office environment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's/College degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is an advantage.
- At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
