Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and organize daily administrative tasks to ensure seamless office operations.
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain comprehensive digital and physical filing systems.
  • Handle incoming telephone calls, emails, and general inquiries with a high level of professionalism.
  • Coordinate with different departments to facilitate efficient internal communication and workflow.
  • Prepare, proofread, and distribute official correspondence, reports, and internal memos.

Kualifikasi

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or any related field.
