Tanggung Jawab

  • Perform day-to-day administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle correspondence.
  • Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner.
  • Maintain and update office files, records, and databases with accuracy.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Coordinate with other departments to support operational needs.
  • Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred but not required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other basic computer applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
