Tanggung Jawab

  • Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining organized office records.
  • Prepare, draft, and edit correspondence, memos, reports, and other business documents.
  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails to the appropriate department or personnel promptly.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, managing office calendars, and coordinating appointments.
  • Prepare and compile detailed reports for management review and analysis.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with care and accuracy.
