As an Office Staff member, you will be the backbone of our administrative operations, supporting various departments and ensuring that our office runs efficiently.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and organize incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and physical mail.
- Assist the Accounting team with data entry, filing of financial documents, and maintaining accurate records.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Maintain office inventory, including stationery and equipment, and place orders as needed.
- Greet visitors and clients professionally, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Prepare routine reports, presentations, and memos for management.
- Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying time sheets and attendance records.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an office administration or accounting support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic accounting software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and Philippine tax regulations is a plus.
