Tanggung Jawab
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Maintain accurate and organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents.
- Assist in data entry tasks, report generation, and preparing correspondence.
- Greet visitors and provide administrative support to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Coordinate with different departments to facilitate daily office operations.
- Assist in inventory management and supply ordering as needed.
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties to support the management team.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
- Proven experience in office administration, clerical work, or customer service.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work effectively, and meet deadlines.
- High level of integrity, reliability, and professional appearance.
- Familiarity with basic accounting software or scheduling tools is a plus.
