Tanggung Jawab
- Manage general office administration and daily operations.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital).
- Handle data entry, filing, and record-keeping with accuracy.
- Assist in preparing reports, correspondence, and official documents.
- Support the branch manager with various administrative tasks as needed.
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries professionally.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an office setting (preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure.
- High attention to detail and integrity.
