Tanggung Jawab
- Manage office operations including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and facility coordination
- Handle incoming communications, including calls, emails, and correspondence routing
- Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and calendar management for department heads
- Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations with attention to detail
- Maintain digital filing systems and ensure document security and confidentiality
- Support financial tasks including expense tracking, invoice processing, and basic bookkeeping
- Coordinate onboarding processes and provide administrative support to new hires
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 1-3 years of administrative or office support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
