Tanggung Jawab

  • Accurately record, file, and maintain all company reports and sensitive documentation.
  • Assist in the daily administrative operations to ensure office efficiency.
  • Prepare and verify daily delivery reports to support the logistics team.
  • Manage incoming telephone calls and route them to the appropriate departments.
  • Coordinate with production supervisors to ensure data consistency.
  • Monitor and request office supplies to prevent operational downtime.
  • Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, and mailing.

Kualifikasi

  • At least a High School diploma; an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as an Office Staff, Clerk, or Administrative Assistant.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • High level of attention to detail and organizational prowess.
  • Ability to work effectively under minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong work ethic and professional appearance.
