Tanggung Jawab
- Manage general office administration, including filing, data entry, and document management systems.
- Handle incoming emails, phone calls, and inquiries, responding in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, meeting agendas, and presentations for management.
- Maintain accurate records of office expenses, inventory, and client databases.
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for internal teams.
- Perform other administrative duties as required to support team efficiency and business operations.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
