Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of documents.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, arranging appointments, and managing executive calendars.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and general correspondence with high accuracy.
  • Perform data entry tasks and maintain updated records of company information.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an office administration or clerical role.
