Tanggung Jawab
- Respond to customer inquiries via Viber and email in a timely and professional manner.
- Process and handle customer orders, complaints, and feedback with care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company database.
- Assist with general office administration tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scheduling.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
- Previous experience in office administration or customer service is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
