Tanggung Jawab

  • Perform accurate data entry of financial transactions into the company's accounting software.
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems for invoices, receipts, and financial records.
  • Assist the accounting team in preparing monthly financial reports and documentation for audits.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies inventory, ensuring the department remains fully stocked.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure timely payments.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and handle general administrative inquiries professionally.
  • Assist in the preparation of payroll data and employee expense reimbursement processing.
  • Support the senior accounting staff with ad-hoc projects and daily clerical requirements.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably within an accounting context.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) and Word.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in data management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize duties effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional integrity and the ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion.
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles and bookkeeping software is a significant advantage.
