As an Office Staff member, you will support the management team by managing correspondence, maintaining accurate records, and performing data entry. You will also be responsible for answering phone inquiries, greeting visitors, and scheduling appointments. - Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to emails with a professional and courteous tone.
- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar efficiently.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors for necessary services.
- Greet visitors and provide excellent front-desk customer service.
- Support various administrative projects as assigned by the management team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in any 4-year course (as per job requirement).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Punctual and with a professional work ethic.
