As our Office Staff, you will serve as the backbone of our administrative processes, ensuring that all documentation is accurate, compliant, and submitted on time. Tanggung Jawab

  • Prepare, organize, and submit comprehensive bidding documents for government and private tenders.
  • Maintain and update administrative records, filing systems, and digital databases.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure all tender requirements are met accurately and within deadlines.
  • Handle office correspondence, including phone calls, emails, and physical documentation.
  • Support the procurement team with inventory logs and supply documentation.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and assist in preparing presentations or reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry-specific documentation standards.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or any related field.
  • Proven experience in an office administrative role, preferably with exposure to bidding or procurement processes.
  • Exceptional proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Filipino.
  • High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under strict deadlines.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
