Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle daily administrative office tasks including filing, documentation, and office correspondence.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, invoices, and expense vouchers.
  • Maintain and update accurate financial records and accounting databases.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and monitor accounts payable/receivable.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operational workflows.
  • Prepare periodic financial statements and support month-end closing processes.
  • Manage office supplies and ensure efficient inventory tracking.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative, accounting, or bookkeeping role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
  • Strong numerical aptitude and high attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize work effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Working knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) is a plus.
