Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and organize receipts for overseas staff, ensuring accurate documentation and reimbursement processes
- Assist in recruitment operations for overseas positions, including screening applications and coordinating interviews
- Communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking candidates and international stakeholders
- Maintain accurate administrative records and filing systems for departmental operations
- Support office coordination tasks including scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation
- Handle cross-cultural communication between local and international team members
- Contribute to process improvements for administrative workflows and recruitment efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in Mandarin (Chinese) language with both written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in administrative support or office coordination role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Experience handling financial documentation and receipt processing
- Excellent interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity for international operations
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
