Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
- Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and digital databases.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal team members and external stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and project documentation as required by management.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, coordinating site visits, and managing calendars.
- Monitor office supply inventory and procurement requests.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an office support or project coordination role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Strong organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize conflicting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
