You will be instrumental in managing the flow of information, handling critical administrative tasks, and supporting our recruitment efforts to help us find the best talent.
Your day-to-day will involve screening job applicants to ensure a high standard of candidates, assisting with the end-to-end onboarding process to welcome new hires, and maintaining accurate digital and physical records. You will also provide essential administrative support to the HR team, manage incoming correspondence, and coordinate schedules for meetings and interviews. - Recruit and screen job applicants to build a high-quality talent pipeline.
- Assist with the onboarding process, including preparing orientation materials.
- Maintain and update employee records and databases with precision.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR department and management.
- Manage incoming emails, phone calls, and general inquiries professionally.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, interviews, and office events.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and meeting agendas.
- Support office operations by ensuring supplies are stocked and facilities are tidy.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Office Management, HR, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in an administrative or HR support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and office procedures.
