In this versatile role, you will serve as the linchpin between our daily administrative operations and our logistical needs. We are looking for a professional who can ensure the seamless execution of our transportation schedules while maintaining the high standards of office efficiency expected of us.

As a Transport Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily movement of personnel and assets. You will coordinate closely with drivers and management to ensure routes are optimized and schedules are adhered to. Beyond transport logistics, you will provide essential support to the office staff, handling documentation, data entry, and general administrative tasks. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and coordinate daily vehicle schedules, ensuring timely pick-ups and drop-offs for staff and company assets.
  • Communicate effectively with drivers and transport vendors to resolve logistical issues and update route changes.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle mileage, fuel consumption, and routine maintenance logs.
  • Assist in general office administration, including filing, data entry, and answering incoming calls.
  • Prepare and submit daily or weekly transport reports to management for review and analysis.
  • Ensure all office and transport vehicles are clean, presentable, and in safe operating condition.
  • Handle vendor contracts and ensure compliance with company policies regarding transport expenses.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or Vocational Certificate in Transport Management, Office Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience in transport coordination, fleet management, or general office support.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety regulations is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and basic computer operations.
  • Must have a valid driver's license (or valid for applicants without a license).
