As an HR professional in our Meru, Selangor location, you will work closely with various departments to ensure smooth HR processes, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and performance management. You'll have the chance to implement best practices in HR administration, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives that align with our company's values and objectives.
Tanggung Jawab
- Support daily HR operations including employee data management, record-keeping, and HR documentation
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication
- Manage employee onboarding programs, ensuring new hires have a smooth transition into the organization
- Handle employee relations matters, addressing concerns and fostering positive workplace relationships
- Support performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback collection, and performance reviews
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Coordinate employee training and development initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge
- Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making and strategic planning
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or employee relations
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Proven experience in employee engagement initiatives and organizational development
