We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Officer Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) to join Sinar Meadow International Indonesia. Your day-to-day will involve conducting thorough site inspections, enforcing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and ensuring that all emergency equipment is functional. You will act as a mentor to workers, providing guidance on PPE usage and safety protocols. We are looking for a proactive professional who can identify potential hazards before they escalate and implement corrective measures. Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure strict compliance with company HSE policies, Indonesian safety regulations, and international standards (e.g., ISO 45001).
- Conduct daily and weekly site inspections to identify potential hazards, unsafe practices, and ensure the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Monitor and enforce the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all construction and operational activities.
- Lead and coordinate emergency response drills, including fire safety and evacuation procedures, to ensure readiness.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain and inspect emergency response equipment, such as fire extinguishers, first aid kits, and rescue tools, ensuring they are fully operational.
- Prepare and submit detailed safety reports, incident reports, and daily activity logs to management.
- Conduct safety induction training for new employees and toolbox talks for daily site operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Valid OSH certification (e.g., S1 K3, OHS Lead Auditor, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HSE Officer role within the construction or industrial sector.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Ministry of Manpower regulations and local fire codes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate leadership during emergency situations.
- Proficiency in using HSE software and MS Office applications.
