- Oversee day-to-day clinic operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
- Manage front-desk activities, including appointment scheduling, client inquiries, and registrations.
- Supervise clinic staff to ensure compliance with company protocols and high service standards.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels for beauty supplies, skincare products, and retail items.
- Handle client concerns and feedback professionally to maintain high satisfaction rates.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports regarding sales performance and clinic productivity.
- Ensure the clinic environment is clean, professional, and compliant with health and safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a clinic supervisor, store manager, or in a similar leadership role.
