Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily cafe operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high service standards.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the store team to ensure peak performance and staff morale.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock ordering, tracking, and waste reduction.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and conflict resolution with a professional and welcoming attitude.
- Monitor and manage daily cash handling, sales reports, and operational documentation.
- Coordinate with management to implement promotional campaigns and store improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the F&B or retail industry is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with staff and customers.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a 'customer-first' mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to handle pressure and multi-task in a busy cafe environment.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and Point-of-Sale (POS) systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
