Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the SM Baliuag branch to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow.
- Supervise, train, and mentor store staff to maintain high performance, customer service standards, and product knowledge.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and ensure accurate stock counts.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Ensure visual merchandising and store layout standards are met at all times.
- Assist in achieving sales targets and operational goals set by the regional management.
- Perform cash handling duties, including cash drops and reconciling daily sales reports accurately.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail management or supervisory roles.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and peak shopping seasons.
- Proficient in basic computer applications and POS systems.
- Valid SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG ID (mandatory for employment).
