  • Provide reliable driving support for staff and business errands.
  • Maintain office stationery inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and staff welfare activities.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in office administration or facilities management.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Valid Malaysian Driving License (DRP) is mandatory.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
