Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive quality management systems aligned with ISO standards
- Conduct rigorous product inspections and quality audits across retail outlets
- Investigate quality non-conformances and implement corrective action plans
- Collaborate with suppliers to establish quality benchmarks and monitoring protocols
- Train staff on quality procedures and compliance requirements
- Generate quality performance reports and KPI dashboards for leadership
- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in quality assurance or retail operations
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification preferred
- Proficiency in quality management software (e.g., QMS Pro, ISOTracker)
- Strong analytical skills with data interpretation experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
