Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and mitigate safety hazards effectively.
- Enforce company safety policies, rules, and regulations strictly on-site.
- Prepare and maintain accurate safety reports, incident records, and statistics.
- Organize and conduct safety training sessions for employees and construction workers.
- Coordinate with external agencies for safety audits, inspections, and certifications.
- Investigate accidents or near-miss incidents and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor the availability and maintenance of safety equipment and emergency supplies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Occupational Safety Engineering, Fire Protection Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a safety role; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Valid K3 (Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja) certification is preferred.
- Strong understanding of OHS regulations, local safety standards, and construction protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for training and reporting.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications for documentation purposes.
