Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily administrative operations of the Silver Lifestyle Club
- Maintain and update member databases and records
- Coordinate and schedule club activities and events for elderly members
- Handle member inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth program implementation
- Monitor and track inventory of club resources and materials
- Support marketing initiatives to promote club activities and membership
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of administrative experience
- Experience in the community care or social services sector is advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data management
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
