We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Offshore Accounts Payable Assistant to join the finance team at Infinity Financial. Based in the Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga, this position offers the flexibility of working from home while contributing to a dynamic and fast-paced financial services environment. You will utilize your strong proficiency in Xero and Excel to manage the company’s accounts payable processes efficiently.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all vendor invoices are processed accurately and in a timely manner. You will manage the entire accounts payable cycle, from the verification of invoices to the execution of payments. We are seeking a candidate who can maintain high standards of accuracy and compliance while working independently in a remote setting. Tanggung Jawab

  • Process and verify incoming invoices for accuracy and completeness before posting.
  • Manage vendor accounts, including reconciling statements and resolving discrepancies.
  • Utilize Xero software to manage accounts payable workflows and financial records.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and analyze data using Microsoft Excel.
  • Handle general ledger entries and perform monthly account reconciliations.
  • Ensure compliance with company financial policies and local tax regulations.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end close processes to ensure timely reporting.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience working in Accounts Payable or a similar finance role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Xero accounting software and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookup).
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to interact with vendors and internal teams.
  • Understanding of basic Philippine tax regulations is a plus.
