Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze architectural blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications to determine total project scope.
- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs for labor, materials, and equipment requirements.
- Collaborate with internal sales teams to develop competitive and accurate project bids.
- Maintain and update cost databases to ensure estimates reflect current market pricing.
- Identify potential cost savings and value engineering opportunities for clients.
- Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to secure reliable pricing and quotes.
- Track and report on bid outcomes, providing feedback for continuous process improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as an Estimator or Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in estimation software (e.g., Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or similar).
- Strong analytical skills with an exceptional eye for detail and numerical accuracy.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project management tools.
- Ability to interpret complex construction documents and technical specifications.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple bid deadlines simultaneously.
- Must have reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated remote workspace.
