Are you an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with a deep passion for the technology sector? Penbrothers is looking for a dynamic Offshore IT Recruiter to join our growing team in Makati City. In this high-impact role, you will be the bridge between top-tier global talent and niche technical requirements. You will own the full-cycle recruitment process, specializing in high-level placements such as CISOs, VPs of Engineering, and Solutions Architects.

As an Offshore IT Recruiter, you will leverage your expertise in headhunting and executive search to identify and attract passive candidates who are not just looking for a job, but for the next step in their career. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for complex, niche IT roles including CISO, VP, and Architect-level positions.
  • Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top-tier global IT talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and industry networking.
  • Conduct deep-dive screening interviews to assess technical competence, cultural fit, and leadership potential.
  • Act as a strategic partner to internal stakeholders and clients, providing market intelligence and talent landscape insights.
  • Maintain a high-quality talent pipeline and ensure a seamless, engaging candidate experience from initial outreach to offer negotiation.
  • Manage candidate expectations and maintain consistent communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Utilize ATS/CRM tools to track metrics, reporting, and ensure data accuracy for recruitment KPIs.

Kualifikasi

  • 3+ years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably within a BPO, offshore, or agency environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully hiring for leadership-level or highly technical niche roles (e.g., Cyber Security, Cloud Architecture, DevOps).
  • Advanced proficiency in advanced Boolean search techniques and social media recruiting strategies.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at the executive level.
  • Resilient, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a high-volume, performance-driven environment.
  • Ability to work across different time zones to support international clients.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
