In this high-impact role, you will be the bridge between top-tier global talent and niche technical requirements. You will own the full-cycle recruitment process, specializing in high-level placements such as CISOs, VPs of Engineering, and Solutions Architects.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for complex, niche IT roles including CISO, VP, and Architect-level positions.
- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top-tier global IT talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and industry networking.
- Conduct deep-dive screening interviews to assess technical competence, cultural fit, and leadership potential.
- Act as a strategic partner to internal stakeholders and clients, providing market intelligence and talent landscape insights.
- Maintain a high-quality talent pipeline and ensure a seamless, engaging candidate experience from initial outreach to offer negotiation.
- Manage candidate expectations and maintain consistent communication throughout the hiring process.
- Utilize ATS/CRM tools to track metrics, reporting, and ensure data accuracy for recruitment KPIs.
Kualifikasi
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably within a BPO, offshore, or agency environment.
- Proven track record of successfully hiring for leadership-level or highly technical niche roles (e.g., Cyber Security, Cloud Architecture, DevOps).
- Advanced proficiency in advanced Boolean search techniques and social media recruiting strategies.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at the executive level.
- Resilient, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a high-volume, performance-driven environment.
- Ability to work across different time zones to support international clients.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
