Tanggung Jawab
- Review, analyze, and summarize complex medical records for legal proceedings and insurance claims.
- Coordinate with attorneys and paralegals to identify key medical timelines, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
- Serve as a liaison between healthcare providers, insurance companies, and the legal team to facilitate information gathering.
- Utilize electronic health records (EHR) and case management software to track and update case files.
- Ensure strict compliance with HIPAA regulations and internal data privacy protocols when handling sensitive patient information.
- Prepare detailed medical chronologies, damage reports, and expert opinions for litigation support.
- Assist in the administration of nurse triage and utilization review processes as required.
- Maintain accurate administrative records and provide support for medical billing and coding reviews.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.
- Active PRC license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Philippines.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience (hospital, clinic, or BPO healthcare account preferred).
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for drafting professional reports.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and adaptable to new software.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Willing to work onsite in Makati City; candidates with legal nurse consulting or case management experience have an advantage.
