Tanggung Jawab
- Operate overhead cranes safely and efficiently to move materials and equipment within the facility
- Conduct pre-operation inspections of crane equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety
- Strictly adhere to all safety protocols and procedures during crane operations
- Communicate effectively with ground personnel and other team members during lifting operations
- Maintain accurate records of crane operations, maintenance activities, and safety incidents
- Identify and report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or operational issues
- Participate in regular safety training, equipment maintenance programs, and skill development
Kualifikasi
- Valid Overhead Crane Operator certification (SIO/POP) from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating overhead cranes in an industrial setting
- Strong understanding of safety procedures, regulations, and best practices for crane operations
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and load charts
- Good physical condition and ability to work in various environmental conditions
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Attention to detail and precision in crane operations and safety protocols
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime when required
