Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily field operations, including pruning, weeding, and inter-cropping activities.
- Monitor crop health and implement effective pest control and fertilization strategies.
- Manage and train field staff, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures and safety protocols.
- Conduct regular field inspections to identify potential issues related to pests, diseases, or soil quality.
- Ensure all harvesting activities are conducted efficiently and meet quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of plantation activities, yields, and labor management.
- Collaborate with logistics and management teams to optimize harvest and transport schedules.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in oil palm plantation management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Valid driving license and ability to travel within the plantation grounds.
- Physically fit and willing to work in outdoor conditions across various terrains.
- Knowledge of modern farming techniques, machinery, and agricultural software.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
