Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive internal audits across oil palm plantation operations including land management, cultivation, harvesting, and processing
- Identify and assess operational risks, developing appropriate mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and sustainability standards
- Prepare detailed audit reports with clear findings, recommendations, and action plans
- Monitor the implementation of corrective actions and track progress toward resolution
- Collaborate with department heads to strengthen internal controls and improve operational efficiency
- Stay updated on industry best practices, regulatory changes, and emerging risks in the oil palm sector
- Participate in special investigations and ad-hoc audits as required by management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certifications such as CIA, ACCA, or CISA are advantageous
- Minimum 3 years of experience in internal audit, with at least 1 year in agricultural or plantation auditing
- Strong understanding of internal audit principles, risk assessment methodologies, and control frameworks
- Knowledge of oil palm cultivation processes, harvesting techniques, and plantation operations
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to stakeholders
- Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel for data analysis
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
