Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine lubrication and greasing of engines, turbines, and mechanical systems
- Monitor and operate propulsion machinery including main engines, generators, and pumps
- Conduct daily inspections of machinery spaces and equipment functionality
- Assist in troubleshooting mechanical issues and implementing corrective actions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of machinery spaces and tool inventory
- Follow strict safety protocols for hazardous materials and confined space entry
- Document maintenance activities and prepare technical reports
- Collaborate with senior engineers during planned maintenance and repairs
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marine or offshore mechanical maintenance
- Valid certification in marine engineering or equivalent technical qualifications
- Proficiency in operating and monitoring propulsion systems and auxiliary machinery
- Knowledge of lubrication systems and greasing procedures for marine equipment
- Familiarity with safety standards including SOLAS and ISM Code requirements
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments and emergency situations
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to mechanical details
- Basic English communication skills for technical documentation
