- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies for executive-level partner positions
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through various sourcing channels
- Conduct thorough candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to ensure alignment with Oliver Wyman's standards

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in executive recruitment, preferably in consulting or professional services
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting at the partner, director, or C-suite level
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for talent
- Proficiency in recruitment technologies and applicant tracking systems
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority searches simultaneously
