Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries across multiple channels (in-store, phone, email, social media)
- Coordinate inventory synchronization between physical stores and e-commerce platforms
- Monitor and report on omnichannel performance metrics (conversion rates, customer satisfaction scores)
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure unified brand experience
- Implement process improvements to enhance cross-channel efficiency
- Train staff on omnichannel tools and best practices
- Analyze customer behavior data to identify service gaps and opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in retail operations or customer service
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and inventory management systems
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting customer data
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
