Tanggung Jawab
- Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment according to safety and sanitation regulations.
- Sort, load, and unload dishwashers and stack or store clean items in their designated areas.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work station at all times, including sinks and countertops.
- Assist in general kitchen cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and trash removal.
- Operate commercial dishwashing machinery safely and efficiently.
- Follow all food safety protocols to prevent cross-contamination.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
Kualifikasi
- Must be willing to work on an on-call basis.
- No prior experience is required; comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of hygiene and cleanliness standards is preferred.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift light to moderate loads are necessary.
