Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the front desk reception area with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments.
  • Greet visitors, clients, and vendors, ensuring they are attended to promptly.
  • Maintain security by following office procedures, monitoring logbooks, and issuing visitor badges.
  • Perform general clerical duties including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
  • Coordinate and schedule conference room bookings and manage meeting logistics.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations as requested by management.

Kualifikasi

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a reception, administrative, or customer service role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
  • Professional appearance and a positive, problem-solving attitude.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable and flexible availability to accommodate on-call scheduling.
