Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the front desk reception area with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments.
- Greet visitors, clients, and vendors, ensuring they are attended to promptly.
- Maintain security by following office procedures, monitoring logbooks, and issuing visitor badges.
- Perform general clerical duties including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Coordinate and schedule conference room bookings and manage meeting logistics.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations as requested by management.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in a reception, administrative, or customer service role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
- Professional appearance and a positive, problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable and flexible availability to accommodate on-call scheduling.
