Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain all property assets for Indosat's regional facilities in Jawa Tengah and DIY
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of building systems (electrical, HVAC, plumbing)
- Coordinate emergency repairs and technical troubleshooting with vendors and internal teams
- Implement property safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Prepare detailed maintenance reports and asset documentation
- Collaborate with regional stakeholders to support facility improvement projects
- Optimize operational efficiency through data-driven maintenance scheduling
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in property management or on-site engineering
- Strong knowledge of building systems maintenance and safety regulations
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder coordination
- Certification in property management or engineering (preferred)
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within assigned region
