As an On-Site Field Engineer, you will bridge the gap between technical design and practical implementation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to troubleshoot issues in real-time, optimize site performance, and maintain project timelines. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily site engineering activities to ensure compliance with technical designs and project requirements.
- Perform regular site inspections, technical audits, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal equipment and system performance.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and site staff to ensure project milestones are met within the agreed timeframe.
- Prepare accurate technical reports, progress logs, and documentation for project management review.
- Implement and enforce strict health, safety, and environment (HSE) protocols across the site.
- Manage technical equipment procurement and maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
- Provide on-site technical guidance and support to the installation and maintenance teams.
- Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks that may impact site efficiency or project delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in field engineering, site supervision, or industrial maintenance.
- Strong understanding of site safety regulations and industry-standard engineering practices.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues in an on-site environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and coordinate on-site teams.
- Proficiency in reading technical blueprints, CAD drawings, and project schematics.
- Must be willing to be stationed in Dumai, Riau.
- Certification in relevant engineering or safety disciplines (e.g., K3) is considered a strong advantage.
